Despite contacting them multiple times, they never came out to fix it. Most companies just tried to push a system on me quickly, but Daniel and the team at Kingdom were different. They took the time to explain which ducted system suited my home and how zoning works, and we ended up going with a Rinnai ducted system with AirTouch 5. The install was seamless. They were a bit more expensive, but you can see why — the service and quality were worth it.

I originally had a rebate company do my installation and it was honestly a nightmare. They told me it would be zoned, and while they technically set up “zones,” the airflow was almost non-existent and nothing worked properly. On contacting Daniel we found him very innovative and interested in our particular cooling and hot water requirements for us. Kingdom was not the cheapest but they provided exactly what we wanted and more, and with no surprises. Thank you for a great install, helping us with the govt rebates and for tidying everything up.

We went with a company offering a super cheap rebate deal, and it turned out to be a big mistake. The system never worked properly — some rooms were freezing while others felt like a sauna, and we couldn’t get hold of anyone to fix it. Then our friends recommended Daniel from Kingdom and he came around, pointed out all the issues, and walked us through everything. Turns out most of the ductwork hadn’t even been fitted right. They rebuilt it, set up the zoning correctly, and now the whole place is comfortable all day and night. The kids finally sleep well, and we’ve learned that good workmanship is worth every cent. Had a multi split system put in this week, and they did an amazing job. From Daniel coming around to quote the job earlier on to the team that came on the day working like clockwork to the plasterer patching up the hole created by taking away the old gas wall heater - the day was seamless, just like the patch job. They were a really friendly team listened to exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it, explained what I wasn't aware of and finished off the job beautifully, neatly and cleanly. Kingdom Climate Solutions are one of those rare few businesses who still pride themselves on customer satisfaction, including the level of service they provide and the quality of their work. Not long after I sent my initial enquiry about rectifying a defective ducted A/C install (done by a different company), Daniel gave me a call and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me talking through the problem. He ensured he had the right guys for the job, then came out with them to inspect the A/C and prepare a quote, during which he again took his time going through everything with me. Before I even received the quote I knew that I wanted to go ahead with Kingdom - I had consulted with numerous other companies regarding my A/C, but none had provided me with the level of confidence that Daniel & Adam did (and many in fact weren't willing to do the job at all). The solutions that had previously been proposed suddenly seemed wholly inadequate in contrast with what Daniel & Adam were able to offer. They ended up providing an all-round fantastic service, end-to-end. It is inevitable that sometimes things don't go perfectly, but Daniel & team take it seriously and go out of their way to make it right; I was impressed with the level of attentiveness even during the busiest time of year. I'm very grateful that I found Kingdom; they provided us with a great outcome that was well beyond what we had hoped for and a real cut above what had been offered by anyone else, and they really do provide a level of service that I have rarely encountered elsewhere.

Although the installation itself was completed by his subcontractors, he stayed involved the whole way through and came out after the job was finished to personally check everything over.
